12 month contract commencing October
38 hrs per week, Term-time only contract

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Moreton Bay College is seeking a warm, proactive and culturally aware International Liaison Officer to support our international students throughout their educational journey. Working within our International Office, you'll play a key role in ensuring students feel welcomed, supported and connected while studying at the College.

This is a rewarding opportunity to combine student wellbeing, administration and relationship management in a dynamic school environment that values global citizenship and exceptional student experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be a trusted point of contact for international students and their families.
Support student wellbeing, engagement and successful integration into College life.
Coordinate student arrivals, orientations and onboarding activities.
Liaise with homestay providers to ensure students are safe, supported and thriving.
Provide culturally appropriate communication and support to students, families and partners.
Maintain accurate records and assist with international program administration and compliance requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in student support, administration, customer service or liaison roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across cultures.
A caring and professional approach when supporting student wellbeing.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.
Experience working with international students or proficiency in an additional language will be highly regarded.
A current Queensland Blue Card or the ability to obtain one.
