BARISTA / SUPERVISOR BARISTA

Made Barber & Barista is on the hunt for experienced Baristas and Supervisor Baristas to join our team across our Tugun and Kirra beach-side stores.

We’re a busy coastal coffee shop, retail and barber hybrid that’s big on quality coffee, good people, our local community, and creating spaces customers genuinely enjoy spending time in.

What we’re looking for:

Confident barista experience in a fast-paced café
Knowledge of dialling in machines and adjusting grinders is a must, as well as producing drinks to a high standard
Someone friendly, reliable, and easy to work with
Great customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly

Supervisor applicants should also have experience in:

Leading, training and developing team members
Maintaining a positive team culture
Providing feedback and support to shop managers
Ensuring checklists and procedures are followed
Basic ordering and stock management
Delegation and workflow management
Maintaining high standards across service and presentation

Position Details:

Barista and Supervisor positions available
Flexible hours available for the right person, with the goal of establishing consistent set rosters long term
Varied roles available, ranging from approximately 20–35 hours per week depending on the position
One weekend day off included for full time positions
Opportunities for long-term growth
Immediate start available
