We're looking for an experienced Café All-Rounder to join our friendly and passionate team. If you're confident behind the coffee machine, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoy looking after people, we'd love to hear from you.
Barista experience is essential. You should be confident dialing in coffee, maintaining consistency during busy services, and producing quality coffee with care and efficiency.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing consistently excellent coffee.
- Providing warm, genuine customer service.
- Taking orders and operating the POS.
- Serving food and beverages.
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista experience in a busy café.
- Can confidently handle coffee service during peak periods.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is reliable, and punctual.
