Personal Trainer Wanted | Bendigo

No Rent. A Booked Diary. Coaching That Backs You.

Where: Bendigo, VIC

Employment: Casual

Rate: $38.35 to $46/hr plus super plus commission

Start date: Immediate

Weekly hours: Work toward 20 to 30+ paid hours/week

Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.

You became a trainer to get people results, not to run a one person marketing agency.

You did not sign up to:

Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard
Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they cancel ten minutes before
Burn your evenings writing captions nobody books from
Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them
Most trainers burn out in six months because the business side kills them before they ever get good at coaching.

We built Jamie Fitness to end exactly this.

What Is Actually On The Table

We get the scepticism. So let us be specific about what you walk into:

Mentoring that pays for itself. A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.

A Week In This Role

Clients are booked and confirmed before you arrive, the paperwork is handled, and your weekly mentoring just helped you sign five new ongoing members. You spend your day coaching, not chasing, and your income keeps climbing.

There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:

Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.

We have placed 20+ trainers across 20+ clubs in Melbourne and Sydney. No rent, no solo hustle, no chaos. We handle the sales, the marketing, the admin and the lead generation. You handle the coaching. The result is more paid hours, better clients and zero noise.
