We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bottle Shop Sales Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working with customers, have retail experience, and are dependable, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases
- Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
- Assist with receiving and unpacking stock deliveries
- Keep the store clean, organised, and well presented
- Work as part of a team/independently in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or be willing and able to obtain one
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes/cartons
- Able to work efficiently and take initiative
