Full Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Conduct Open for Inspections, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
Manage leasing, lease renewals, tenancy applications, maintenance coordination, arrears, and tenancy matters.
Ensure compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies legislation.
Lead by example and assist in developing efficient property management systems and workflows.
Work closely with the Director to improve operational efficiency and service standards.

Essential Requirements

3–5 years' experience in residential property management.
Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team through structured systems and workflows.
Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
Available to conduct Open for Inspections.
Professional, courteous, proactive, and resilient with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

Experience using Ailo property management software.
A strong understanding of system-based property management and workflow improvement.
Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday roster.
Saturday work is required.
One weekday off each week in lieu of Saturday.
