About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties
- Conduct property inspections (ingoing, routine, outgoing) and prepare condition reports
- Advertise vacancies and coordinate viewings
- Screen and select tenants, prepare lease agreements
- Handle arrears management, and rent reviews
- Liaise with landlords on maintenance, repairs, and property performance
- Coordinate trades and contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Manage tenant and landlord disputes
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (NSW) and other relevant legislation
- Maintain accurate records in property management software (e.g. Property Tree) Provide regular reporting to landlords
Requirements
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) or Class 2 License (minimum)
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in property management software
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
Pay: $58,018.34 – $115,330.62 per year
