About the role
As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

Strong leadership capability – retail experience not essential

Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset

Ability to motivate, inspire and manage diverse teams

Proven focus on customer experience and driving sales

Confidence to train, coach and lift team capability

Operational skills in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
