We’re looking for a hungry, energetic Sales Representative to grow our customer base across the Kadina region, drive new opportunities, and represent our leading range of John Deere agricultural machinery and precision ag solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a strong sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities across the Kadina region
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships while actively prospecting for new customers
- Promote and sell the latest John Deere machinery and precision ag solutions
- Understand customer needs and provide practical solutions that improve productivity and efficiency
- Own your territory, follow up leads, and drive sales activity with energy and discipline
- Achieve sales targets through proactive business development, strong relationship management and exceptional customer service
What You’ll Bring
- Sales experience with a strong appetite for business development, growth and results
- A proactive, competitive mindset with the confidence to start conversations and create opportunities
- An interest in agriculture, machinery, equipment or technology, with a willingness to keep learning
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivation, discipline and resilience to manage a territory and follow through
- Confidence in identifying customer needs and turning them into practical solutions
- Current driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally as required
