Genesis Health & Fitness is seeking a driven and energetic Membership Consultant to join our growing team at Bull Creek.

This is more than just a sales role; it’s an opportunity to positively impact people’s lives by helping them begin their health and fitness journey. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The Role

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting club tours, following up enquiries, and helping prospective members find the right solution to achieve their goals. You’ll play a key role in creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere within the club while contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating new leads through community outreach and internal referrals.
Conducting enthusiastic club tours and presenting membership options.
Following up on digital and phone enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Providing exceptional customer service at the front desk to support member retention.

A motivated, confident, and team-oriented individual who is hungry to succeed.
Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
