Full Job Description

To be a business partner to line management, implementing and providing market-level support for human resources policies and management practices with the objective to ensure an effective workforce so as to achieve business objectives ans maintain the FedEx APAC's Employer of Choice status.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: Four (4) year experience in human resources or related areas.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline.

Experience: Relevant work experience in HR or related fields based on the following number of years:
Associate: Prior experience not required
Standard: Two (2) years
Senior: Four (4) years

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Fluency in English and local language
Judgement & Decision Making Skills
Presentation Skills
Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Accuracy & Attention to Detail
