What does the job look like?

Lead a complex, multi-state Consumer & Healthcare portfolio, driving operational excellence, customer growth, and strategic outcomes.

This is a critical senior leadership role accountable for leading a highly complex, multi-state Consumer & Healthcare portfolio, driving operational performance, customer growth, and strategic outcomes. You will lead geographically dispersed, high performing teams, while strengthening relationships across a diverse customer base, delivering the business unit strategy, and embedding a high-performance, safety-led culture. Success in this role will come from your ability to navigate complexity, drive continuous improvement, and translate strategic priorities into sustainable operational results.

Key areas:

Deliver the business unit plan by translating strategy into operational outcomes
Grow existing and new business through strong customer engagement and commercial focus
Lead customer engagement across a diverse portfolio to strengthen long-term partnerships
Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across operations
Lead and develop geographically dispersed high performing teams, to achieve performance targets
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Linfox and legislative safety requirements

Are you the one?

You are a senior leader within transport, logistics, or supply chain, with a proven track record of delivering operational and commercial outcomes across complex, multi-site environments. You bring strong leadership capability, the ability to build trusted relationships with a diverse customer base, and the confidence to drive accountability, challenge thinking, and lead high-performing teams through growth and change.

You can demonstrate:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior management within transport, logistics, or a similar industry
Extensive operational leadership across supply chain functions including warehousing and transport
Proven track record in delivering business growth and managing customer contracts
Experience leading large teams with clear accountability and performance outcomes
Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess performance and drive results
Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-site and multi-stakeholder environments
