CBC Group is an agile Facilities Maintenance business with a national footprint. We currently have an opportunity for a Project Administrator to support our long-term Client renovation Program.
Working closely with the Renovations Manager and Supervisors, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with contract requirements. This is a fast-paced, multi-project environment where your coordination, organisation, and commercial awareness will directly impact delivery success. You will act as the key link between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client, keeping projects moving, systems updated, and stakeholders informed.
About the Role:
This hands-on coordination role supports multiple renovation projects at different stages, ensuring smooth delivery from planning and scheduling through procurement, reporting, and close-out. Working closely with site supervisors, you’ll coordinate trades and suppliers, manage materials, track progress, and keep timelines on track. You’ll maintain accurate project data, support reporting, and ensure compliance and documentation standards are met.
The role also involves contributing to commercial performance through cost exposure and SOR validation, helping identify discrepancies and monitor spend. Additionally, you’ll support quality assurance, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication, ensuring both company and client expectations are consistently achieved.

Requirements
• Experience in project administration or coordination within construction or facilities management • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
