Personal Trainer Wanted | Carrington

No Rent, Ever. Clients Booked For You. Paid Coaching.

Casual personal training role in Carrington, NSW, starting immediately. $40.17 to $55 per hour depending on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission. Work toward 20 to 30+ paid hours/week.

Where Is the Catch?

There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:

Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

A real client app. Messaging, appointments, programming, health stats and nutrition, all in one place.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.
