Contract Administrator

We're on the lookout for a Contract Administrator who's hungry for growth and eager to be part of our success story. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for administering construction contracts, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and supporting the successful delivery of residential and commercial projects.

Role responsibilities:

Work autonomously while receiving guidance from senior staff, ensuring a steep learning curve and an exciting career growth trajectory.
Assist in the preparation, review and administration of subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
Assist in the procurement and engagement of subcontractors and suppliers for allocated projects.
Monitor contract performance, project costs and contractual documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparation and assessment of subcontractor progress claims, variations and invoices.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and maintaining accurate document control for allocated projects
Liaising with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements

Requirements for the role:

Minimum of 1 year's experience in a Contract Administration role or a similar construction role.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction; OR Bachelor of Project Management degree; OR Bachelor of Construction Management degree; Diploma of Project Management OR another related qualification.
Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to interpret Architectural and Structural Documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
