Chatime DFO Homebush | Homebush, NSW

Chatime DFO Homebush is looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members to join our busy store. Whether you're a university student, school leaver, or someone looking for flexible casual work, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, food preparation and barista-style drink making.

No previous bubble tea experience is required—we provide full training.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and serve premium bubble tea and beverages to Chatime standards
Deliver friendly, fast and professional customer service
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system and process customer payments
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Replenish stock and assist with inventory
Keep the store clean, organised and presentation-ready
Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner and weekend trade
Support your teammates to deliver a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

Friendly, reliable and punctual
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable following recipes and company procedures
Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
Availability over the December and January holiday period is highly regarded

Previous experience in any of the following is advantageous but not essential:

Retail Assistant

Food & Beverage Attendant
