Project Admin — Brisbane

Green Life Windows and Doors is a leading Australian supplier of high-performance aluminium window and door systems. With continued growth across Australia, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Admin to join our Brisbane team.

This role suits someone with experience in construction, windows and doors, manufacturing, or project administration who enjoys working with clients, consultants, suppliers, installers and internal teams to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review and negotiate variations to project programs and services, including scope changes, variation pricing and revised delivery schedules
Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning projects and services provided, and the parties affected — clients, builders, site supervisors and installers
Manage the paperwork associated with projects and services, including contracts, purchase orders, window and door schedules, shop drawings, delivery dockets, warranty and compliance documentation (Form 15/16, test reports, certificates)
Work with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, builders and owners to ensure project goals, milestones and handover dates are met
Advise senior management on matters requiring attention — programme risks, cost exposures, compliance issues — and implement their decisions
Oversee work carried out by contractors and installers, and report on variations to work orders
Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities, including tender submissions, progress claims and project status reports
Collect and analyse data associated with projects undertaken and report on project outcomes, including delivery performance, defect rates and after-sales service
Coordinate site measures, production release, delivery scheduling and installation programmes
Review drawings and specifications for accuracy, completeness and compliance with Australian Standards and client requirements
Identify and implement opportunities to improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction
