Workshop Hand / Production Line Worker – Powder Coating

Full-Time

Zipp Powdercoating is looking for reliable and motivated Workshop Hands / Production Line Workers to join our growing team. These roles will start on a casual basis, with the potential to transition into full-time employment for the right candidates.

This is a physically demanding role involving repetitive workflow operations, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production environment. We pride ourselves on having a fun, supportive workplace with a great crew and opportunities to learn new skills and upskill on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in day-to-day workshop and production line operations
Hanging, removing, and handling metal components for powder coating
Preparing materials and maintaining workflow efficiency
General labouring and workshop housekeeping
Following safety procedures and quality standards at all times

About You

Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Able to work as part of a team in a production environment
Good attention to detail
Previous workshop, labouring, or manufacturing experience is an advantage (but not essential)
Forklift license preferable (but not essential)
