Fairfield Hospital is offering 1 pharmacy intern position for 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in hospital pharmacy within a supportive and structured training environment.

Our hospital internship will provide you an opportunity to gain experience and skills in all aspects of hospital pharmacy. Providing exposure to a wide range of non-clinical and clinical activities that a hospital service provides. You will also be supported in fulfilling your ITP training requirements in preparation for your general registration.

Fairfield Hospital pharmacy is a team that dedicated in providing education, clinical teaching, and ongoing professional development. Ensuring that we create a supportive and structured approach in helping you gain fundamental knowledge and skills to build upon in your pharmacy career.

Work within a supportive pharmacy team and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Gain hands-on clinical experience through structured rotations and mentorship from experienced pharmacists.
Develop confidence in patient-centred care, including clinical medication review and patient counselling.

Eligible to apply for Supervised Practice arrangements with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) prior to the agreed date for commencement and enrollment in the National Intern Training Program for pharmacists.
