About the Role
We are a growing electrical construction company delivering major projects across commercial and infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Administration to join our team in a Full-Time role to support our busy office and project teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or someone starting their career, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist Project Managers with daily administrative and coordination tasks
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, and registers
· Upload and manage project photos, drawings, and documents within company systems
· Assist with compiling project completion packs and handover documents
· Support administration for Council Rate 3 Streetlighting projects and electrical infrastructure works
· Liaise with Councils including Ipswich City Council, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
· Monitor project emails and action requests where required
· Coordinate bookings, inductions, and training records for field staff
· Assist with ordering project materials and tracking deliveries
· Maintain accurate filing and electronic record systems
· Support the team with general office administration duties
About You
· Recently finished school or looking to start a long-term administration career
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· High attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Reliable, punctual, and proactive
· Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
· Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
· Keen interest in construction, infrastructure, or project administration (desirable but not essential)
