Site Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site construction and maintenance activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction, mechanical, civil, structural, or fabrication works.
Lead and coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Plan daily work activities and allocate labour, equipment, and materials.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and project requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety meetings.
Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Complete site reports, inspections, and other project documentation.

Qualifications

Required:

Trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Boilermaker, or similar) or a relevant engineering qualification.
5+ years of supervisory experience in construction, mining, infrastructure, heavy industry, or oil & gas.
White Card and a current Australian driver's licence.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation.

Preferred:

Experience with project scheduling, quality assurance, and resource management.
FIFO/DIDO experience.
Working at Heights, Confined Space, and other relevant site certifications.
