3PC Workforce Optimisation is a national provider of workforce and logistics solutions servicing major warehouse and distribution centres across Australia. We specialise in managed labour, forklift operations, and workforce optimisation for leading 3PL and retail clients.
We’re looking for a motivated Site Administration Manager to join our Western Australia team. This role is key to coordinating site operations, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day site administration including rosters, attendance, and timesheets
- Coordinate workforce scheduling and labour requests with site and state managers
- Support onboarding, compliance documentation, and staff inductions
- Liaise with clients regarding reporting, performance, and labour coverage
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
- Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain WHS and compliance records
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or coordination role within logistics, warehousing, or workforce management
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Understanding of the Fair Work Act, Awards, and WHS requirements
- Experience with workforce management systems (advantageous)
