Chef de Partie (CDP) – Full Time

Jack Gray | Grays Point, Sydney

Jack Gray is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a full-time position.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable and passionate about producing consistently high-quality food using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Managing your section during service
Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
Maintaining food quality, portion and presentation standards
Assisting with stock control, ordering and wastage management
Supporting menu development and seasonal changes
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
Working closely with the senior kitchen team and ownership

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Strong cooking and food preparation skills
Ability to work confidently during busy services
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
Genuine interest in fresh produce and seasonal menus
Full-time availability, including weekends as required
