CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER – NDIS & Disability Services

AVAILABILITY: Full-Time

LOCATION: Clayton

SALARY: $100,000 - $110,000 per annum (includes car + superannuation)

About the Role

As our Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants and their support networks.
Build referral pathways with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health providers, hospitals, and community organisations.
Drive client growth through networking, community engagement, and relationship-building activities.
Conduct client consultations and assist participants in accessing suitable supports and services.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in disability services, NDIS, community services, client engagement, account management, or a similar role.
A strong existing network within the NDIS and disability sector.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate referrals and grow client relationships.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
