As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Hospital Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across Australian healthcare accounts.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a self-motivated and resilient individual who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth within the hospital sector.

This part-time role focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders across public and private hospitals, including theatre staff, purchasing teams, pharmacy departments, clinicians, and nursing staff. You'll play a vital role in introducing products that deliver both clinical benefits and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
Develop strategic account plans and grow existing hospital relationships.
Engage with specialists, nursing staff, theatre managers, product evaluators, pharmacy departments, purchasing officers, and technicians.
Educate customers on product benefits, efficacy, and cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, evaluations, and demonstrations.
Drive sales growth and maximise opportunities within your territory.
Collaborate with our national team to achieve business objectives.
Maintain customer activity and account information within CRM systems.
