What you’ll be doing:
- Leading from the front—delivering top-notch medical and surgical care
- Mentoring and supporting our GP vet team, helping them grow in confidence and capability
- Playing a key role in hospital leadership and strategy, including marketing and team development
- Guiding performance reviews and team training alongside our supportive leadership group
- Sharing your knowledge with our nurses and animal attendants

About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in small animal general practice
- A confident vet with strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Passionate about collaborative, high-quality veterinary care
- Eligible for registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
