What you'll be doing:
As our Lead Veterinarian, you'll play an integral role in both the clinical and operational success of the hospital by:
- Leading by example and delivering exceptional medical and surgical care
- Mentoring and developing our veterinarians, helping them grow in confidence and clinical capability
- Driving a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone can thrive
- Partnering with the Practice Manager on clinic strategy, team development and growth initiatives
- Supporting performance reviews, coaching and ongoing professional development
- Sharing your knowledge with our talented nurses and support team

About you:
We're looking for someone who brings both clinical excellence and a passion for leading people.
You'll ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience in small animal general practice
- Strong leadership or mentoring experience (or a genuine desire to step into leadership)
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient and client care
- Eligibility for registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
