As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Your attention to detail helps create a consistently fresh and welcoming environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing prompt, attentive, and professional service when responding to guest requests.
Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms in line with brand standards, including check-out cleans, turndown service, and deep cleaning of rooms.
Ensuring all rooms are presented, with a strong focus on detail, and luxury finishing touches.
Report maintenance issues accurately and promptly.
Collaborating effectively with the wider Housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
Demonstrating pride in your work by consistently upholding brand standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Base rate $27.48 + penalties + loading

To be successful in this part-time role, you will have:

A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness and presentation.

Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving housekeeping equipment.

Strong time management and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.

A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach.

Previous housekeeping experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel setting is desirable.
