Coordinate Learning & Development training initiatives across Hamilton Island

Welcome, induct and familiarise new employees with Hamilton Island policies and procedures

Support the new employee experience, including driving a company vehicle for airport, marina and residence pick-ups and drop-offs

Coordinate compliance records and tracking across Hamilton Island Enterprises

Provide administrative and operational support for Learning & Development activities

Assist with funding and fee reconciliation while working within budgetary guidelines

Coordinate training logistics including business communications, room bookings and catering

Support team and departmental activities including meetings, training and cross-functional projects

Provide administrative support for onboarding and broader People division initiatives

Work collaboratively with the Learning & Development team and stakeholders across the business to support a culture of continuous learning and professional development
You're an organised, approachable and people-focused professional who enjoys creating positive experiences and keeping things running smoothly.
You bring experience in administration, onboarding, Human Resources or a related environment and have the communication skills to work confidently with new employees, leaders and stakeholders across the business.
You're comfortable balancing multiple priorities, coordinating logistics and maintaining accurate records, while bringing a warm and welcoming approach to every interaction. Whether you're helping deliver an induction, coordinating a training session or supporting compliance requirements, you're adaptable, detail-focused and ready to contribute wherever needed.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resources, Administration or Onboarding-related role (Essential)

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (Essential)

Current Queensland Open Driver Licence (Essential)

Certificate IV or higher in Business, Human Resources or Training & Assessment (Desirable)
