Position: Full Time

Salary Range – $75,000 – $100,000 per year

Explore the Opportunity:

We are seeking an Architectural Draftsperson (REVIT) for residential house/townhouses to support our in-house Architectural Design Department.
Some of the key accountabilities will be:

Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting using REVIT for houses/townhouse projects
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and constructions plans/documentation utilising Revit software
Responsible for Concept plan drafting, Floor plans, elevations and colour schemes drafting, documentation for Council Development Applications & Constructions Certificates
Update design/drafting as per latest information and requirements
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
You have a strong and creative portfolio that demonstrates your design/drafting and craft experience in architectural projects
Liaise with construction team, relevant Engineers and Consultants (i.e Civil, Structural, Services, BCA etc.) and ensure a smooth process for construction of House/Townhouses

Requirements:

Formal Architectural qualifications
Ideally have min. 3 years architectural knowledge and experience
Must have min. 3 years’ experience in architectural drafting (using REVIT) for residential projects
Experience with Private Developer/Builder or architectural firm in Sydney
Thorough knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and building construction
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for design and architecture
Be able to work across several project
Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Strong communication and organisational skills
Be driven and want to progress your career
Unrestricted right to work in Australia
