G.J. Gardner Homes Springfield & Ripley is seeking a proactive, highly detailed Sales Administrator to join our team. Backed by the reputation, systems, and market strength of Australia’s most trusted national home builder, our local franchise prides itself on delivering quality custom homes and an exceptional client experience across one of SEQ's fastest-growing corridors.

Above all else, we are looking for a positive personality, a strong service mindset, and an incredible level of accuracy - the construction-specific processes can be taught! This is an essential administrative engine room role, providing vital end-to-end operational support across client reception, sales documentation, contract preparation, and database management. What You'll Be Doing

Customer Reception & Lead Management: Host visitors, respond promptly to incoming administrative enquiries, and maintain proactive contact records for potential clients.
Consultant Support & Scheduling: Coordinate diaries, schedule client appointments, and deliver complete administrative support to our New Homes Consultants.
Plan & Variation Management: Accurately document variations, specifications, and colour schedules while coordinating with drafting teams to manage plan modifications and working drawings.
Sales & Contract Preparation: Collate, organise, and rigorously verify all paperwork required by Contract Administrators to ensure flawless build contracts.
Listings & Marketing Support: Create and publish House & Land packages on REA and Domain, maintain the land registry, and assist with local social media and community updates.
CRM & Reporting Maintenance: Maintain precise client records in G.J. Software, track pipeline data, and generate weekly progress reports for deposited clients.
Display Centre & Operations: Keep the display centre impeccably presented, support general office operations, and assist with meeting preparation and training sessions.

What You'll Bring

Meticulous Attention to Detail: A precision mindset when managing schedules, variations, paperwork, and database entries.
Positive Personality & Service Heart: A warm, approachable attitude with a passion for taking care of clients and supporting your team.
Strong Administrative Foundation: Solid background in administration, reception, or office support (residential construction or real estate knowledge is desirable, but not essential).
Clear Communication & Presentation: Articulate verbal and written communication skills paired with a polished, professional presentation for hosting clients.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning CRM platforms, real estate listing portals (REA/Domain), and general office software suites.
