Looking for a casual bottle shop role with a great team, variety and room to grow?

Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Casual Bottle Shop Attendant to join the Bottle-O team at Flagstone Tavern.

Casual role offering approximately 15-20 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts
Bottle-O trading hours of 10:00am-10:00pm, offering a variety of daytime, afternoon and evening shifts

What You'll Do

Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and assist with product recommendations
Work confidently on your own, with the support of the wider venue team when you need it
Process sales through the POS and handle cash transactions accurately
Replenish stock and maintain excellent store presentation
Assist with deliveries, stock movement and merchandising
Maintain responsible service standards at all times

What We're Looking For

Positive, reliable and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with manual handling and stock movement
Current QLD RSA
Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays

This role involves regular lifting and moving of cartons and stock. Are you comfortable with the physical requirements of the role?
Are you available to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays?
Are you confident recommending beer, wine and spirits to customers?
Are you comfortable working independently in a Bottle-O while delivering great customer service?

Licence/Certification:

RSA (Preferred)
