This is a 12-month opportunity to join SIRA’s Digital team, supporting the delivery of digital initiatives that are user-friendly, accessible, and easier to use for staff and customers. In this role, you will work with project managers, delivery teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
As a Project Officer, you will provide project coordination and support to help keep projects on track, maintain key documentation and reporting, and support delivery teams to achieve outcomes.
What the role will be doing:

Coordinate and support project activities to help deliver agreed outcomes on time, on budget and within scope.

Prepare, update and maintain project documentation, briefs, reports and status updates.

Monitor project schedules, actions, risks, issues and dependencies, and escalate matters where needed.

Coordinate, liaise and respond to project tasks in a timely manner with input from relevant stakeholders

Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners.
What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working across competing tasks and multiple stakeholder groups. You will bring strong communication skills, sound judgement and a practical approach to supporting project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience providing project coordination or project support, ideally in a digital, technology or transformation environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation and reporting.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of people.

An interest in digital delivery and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
