You crave a career that pushes you, where you'll meet challenges head on and you're guaranteed to grow.
Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.
In this role, you'll:
You will provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of solutions across a complex ServiceNow environment supporting multiple business domains, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
Working closely with architects, analysts, developers, and delivery partners, you will lead the technical design and implementation of solutions, ensuring outcomes align with platform standards, architectural principles, and long-term strategic objectives. You will remain hands-on where required but will primarily act as the technical lead, providing direction, guidance, and assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
A key aspect of the role is working with external delivery partners and vendors to ensure the platform is designed for reliability, security, performance and upgradeability. This includes assessing operational impacts, supporting release and upgrade activities, minimising disruption to services, and ensuring new capabilities can be effectively supported once deployed. You will also be accountable for reviewing solution designs, challenging approaches where required, providing technical governance, and ensuring delivered outcomes are scalable, supportable, secure, and aligned to ServiceNow best practice.
You will contribute to solution estimation, technical planning, code and design reviews, and risk identification, while helping drive platform consistency, modernisation, and the reduction of technical debt.
The role also includes mentoring developers, sharing technical knowledge, and helping mature delivery practices across the team and delivery partner ecosystem.

You are comfortable making technical decisions, assessing risks and dependencies, and balancing business outcomes with platform sustainability and operational stability.
You have experience working with implementation partners and vendors, providing technical direction, reviewing deliverables, and holding teams accountable for delivering outcomes that meet quality standards and architectural expectations. You are confident challenging solutions when required and influencing better technical and delivery outcomes.
You understand the importance of maintaining a stable, secure, and supportable platform and consider operational impacts throughout the solution lifecycle, including supportability, performance, resilience, security, and upgrade readiness.
You possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills and are able to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for both business and technical audiences.
You are a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, improving delivery capability, and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
