In this role, you'll:
You will provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, maintainable, and supportable outcomes.
Working closely with architects, analysts, developers, and vendors, you will lead development activities, guide solution design, and ensure alignment with platform standards.
You will develop and implement complex solutions across the platform, support planning and estimation activities, perform technical reviews, and contribute to maintaining solution quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping drive the adoption of best practice development approaches.

About you
You are an experienced ServiceNow developer with strong technical skills across configuration, scripting, integrations, and workflow automation. You can lead technical discussions, provide guidance to delivery teams, and translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
You are a strong problem solver who balances delivery outcomes with long-term platform sustainability. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are comfortable working across internal teams and external vendors.
You are collaborative, delivery-focused, and committed to building high-quality solutions aligned to platform standards and best practice.
