We're looking for a Chef de Partie who is ready to step into a high-energy kitchen, take ownership of their section, and be part of something bigger than the daily service.

The Role

As Chef de Partie at The Dock, you'll take full ownership of your section, maintaining consistency, quality, and pace through every service. You'll work closely alongside a Head Chef who leads from the front and invests in the people around them.

Beyond the daily service, you'll play a supporting role in a broader events program in collaboration with the Wharf Events team, giving you exposure to large-scale, high-profile events that will sharpen your skills and broaden your experience in ways a standard CDP role simply won't.

What You Bring

Minimum two years' experience in a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
Proven ability to perform in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Strong section management and mise en place discipline.
A genuine passion for food quality and consistency.
An eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive team.
Comfort working within a diverse, multicultural kitchen environment.
