The Role
As Chef de Partie at The Dock, you'll take full ownership of your section, maintaining consistency, quality, and pace through every service. You'll work closely alongside a Head Chef who leads from the front and invests in the people around them.
Beyond the daily service, you'll play a supporting role in a broader events program in collaboration with the Wharf Events team, giving you exposure to large-scale, high-profile events that will sharpen your skills and broaden your experience in ways a standard CDP role simply won't.
What You Bring
- Minimum two years' experience in a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
- Proven ability to perform in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong section management and mise en place discipline.
- A genuine passion for food quality and consistency.
- An eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive team.
- Comfort working within a diverse, multicultural kitchen environment.
