What you'll be doing

Help people with disability build confidence, independence, and greater choice in their everyday lives.
Create meaningful relationships while supporting participants to achieve their individual goals at home and in the community.
Work as part of a supportive team across modern SDA shared support services or provide more individualised support within SIL homes.
Respond to each person's unique needs with empathy, flexibility, and a person-centred approach that promotes dignity and independence.
Celebrate the small wins that lead to life-changing outcomes, knowing every shift makes a real difference.

You're the right person if...

You have experience supporting people with disability or in a similar community-based care role.
You genuinely enjoy building positive relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
You're calm, adaptable, and able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
You communicate well, show professionalism, and understand the importance of respect and personal boundaries.
You're committed to learning, growing your skills, and delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
