- Make a real difference - advocate for participants and open doors
- Be part of a passionate, purpose-driven team that genuinely cares
- Hybrid working arrangement and a monthly RDO built into how we work
Most people don't see the difference a great Support Coordinator makes, but every participant feels it.
When someone finally understands their NDIS plan. When the right support is coordinated at the right time. When a person takes a step toward independence they didn't think was possible. That's your work. That's your impact.
As a Support Coordinator with Access Support Coordination in Beenleigh, you'll be the person participants turn to when the system feels overwhelming, helping them make sense of their options, build confidence in their decisions and get the absolute most out of their funding.
It's not always straightforward work. But if you're someone who genuinely cares about the people behind the plans and finds real purpose in helping others move forward, it's the kind of role that stays with you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting participants to build meaningful, connected lives beyond their funded supports
- Helping participants understand and get the most out of their NDIS plans
- Coordinating supports efficiently to maximise outcomes and funding utilisation
- Gathering supporting evidence that reflects participants' evolving needs and future funding requirements
- Identifying opportunities across employment, recreation, education and housing
- Advocating for participants and liaising with mainstream services to ensure the right supports are in place
You're the Right Person If
- You have proven experience in a Support Coordination role within the disability sector
- You hold qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or a related field
- You have a strong knowledge of the NDIS and its processes
- You're able to manage KPIs and billable hour targets effectively
- You're a natural connector, excellent with people and confident solving problems with a genuine participant-first approach
- You hold a current Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
