City Venue Management (CVM) is recruiting casual team members across Gold Coast for the busy summer season.

We're recruiting across the following venues:

Miami Aquatic Centre
Helensvale Aquatic Centre
Rackley Swimming Runaway Bay

We're currently recruiting:

Pool Lifeguards & Customer Service Attendants (all CVM customer service team members are Pool Lifeguard qualified)

Whether you're looking for a few shifts each week while studying, extra work over the school holidays, or your first step into a long-term career, we have opportunities to suit you.

Qualifications required or willing to obtain

Pool Lifeguard Award
Blue Card
First Aid Certificate including CPR

Important Information

Applicants without the required qualifications must be willing to complete an upcoming August Swim Teacher or Pool Lifeguard course before commencing. Courses are available through Ampd Academy or any accredited training provider.
A paid Blue Card is required before employment. Please apply early, as processing typically takes 1–3 business days and may take longer if you need to obtain a Customer Reference Number (CRN) first.
