We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to develop and grow our presence across the Gold Coast hospitality market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working directly with hospitality venue owners and decision-makers.

You'll be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts across cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, and other hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Build strong relationships with venue owners, managers, chefs, and purchasing decision-makers.
Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product presentations.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to maximise retention and growth.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide market feedback and identify emerging opportunities within the hospitality industry.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality, foodservice, beverages, wholesale, or related industries.
Strong prospecting and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
