We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to develop and grow our presence across the Gold Coast hospitality market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working directly with hospitality venue owners and decision-makers.
You'll be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts across cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, and other hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Build strong relationships with venue owners, managers, chefs, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product presentations.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to maximise retention and growth.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide market feedback and identify emerging opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality, foodservice, beverages, wholesale, or related industries.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
