We are seeking a motivated and trade-qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our growing team on a full-time basis at our Riverstone workshop.

About the Role

This hands-on role involves the manufacture and installation of high-quality custom joinery, including:

Kitchens
Vanities
Laundries
Wardrobes
Custom cabinetry and detailed joinery
Solid timber furniture

You will work closely with a skilled team while also having the opportunity to work independently and contribute your knowledge and experience to a range of exciting projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery (essential)
Proven experience manufacturing detailed custom joinery
The ability to read and interpret plans accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Confidence operating workshop machinery and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes
The ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised when required
Experience with on-site installation of cabinetry and joinery
A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic
A current driver's licence (manual preferred)
The ability to mentor and support apprentices when required
