We are seeking a motivated and trade-qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our growing team on a full-time basis at our Riverstone workshop.

About the Role
This hands-on role involves the manufacture and installation of high-quality custom joinery, including:
- Kitchens
- Vanities
- Laundries
- Wardrobes
- Custom cabinetry and detailed joinery
- Solid timber furniture
You will work closely with a skilled team while also having the opportunity to work independently and contribute your knowledge and experience to a range of exciting projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery (essential)
- Proven experience manufacturing detailed custom joinery
- The ability to read and interpret plans accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Confidence operating workshop machinery and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- The ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised when required
- Experience with on-site installation of cabinetry and joinery
- A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic
- A current driver's licence (manual preferred)
- The ability to mentor and support apprentices when required
