Business Administration & Office Management Assistant

About Us

Glenny Kebabs is one of Melbourne's fastest-growing food brands, operating 7 owner-operated locations across Melbourne's south-east suburbs. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Head Office team and assist with a wide range of business administration and office management functions.

This position is ideal for a university student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of business operations.

The Role

Working alongside senior management, you will gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a growing multi-site business.

Your responsibilities may include:

General office administration and support
Preparing reports, spreadsheets and business documents
Assisting with data entry and record management
Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
Assisting with payroll and HR administration
Maintaining business systems and procedures
Supporting supplier and inventory administration
Assisting with customer service enquiries and follow-ups
Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting notes
Conducting market and competitor research
Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
Supporting special business improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred (But Not Essential)

Currently studying Business, Commerce, Management, Human Resources, Marketing or Accounting
Previous administration, retail or hospitality experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Interest in business operations and management
