Retail Assistant – Full Training Provided
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Mister Minit in The Glen Shopping Centre.
No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales
- Key cutting and key duplication services
- Engraving services
- Watch battery replacement
- Basic shoe repair assistance
- General retail duties and maintaining a clean, organised store environment
- Handling payments and cash transactions
Requirements:
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Willingness to learn new practical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability is preferred
- English communication skills are required. Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly regarded due to our diverse customer base
