Project Support Officer – Gladstone QLD - 21:7 roster

About the Role

As a Project Support Officer, you'll become an integral member of our Project Delivery team, providing administrative, procurement and coordination support that enables our Project Managers and site teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, coordinating multiple activities, solving problems, and ensuring every detail is taken care of.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll support our project teams by:

Coordinating project administration and day-to-day team support.
Organising travel, deliveries, site amenities and office resources.
Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and following up actions.
Maintaining project documentation, compliance records and registers.
Assisting with procurement, invoicing and SAP administration.
Supporting project reporting and document management.
Coordinating communications across project teams and stakeholders.
Helping maintain organised project records and systems.
Working closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure information flows smoothly.
Providing thoughtful support that helps projects stay organised and compliant.

About You

You're someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in producing high-quality work. You naturally build positive relationships, communicate with confidence and enjoy finding practical solutions.

You'll also bring:

Previous experience in a Project Support, Project Administration or similar coordination role.
Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A collaborative approach and willingness to support others.
Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
The ability to manage changing priorities while remaining calm and organised.
Confidence working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

This position is working on a 21:7 roster working from our Gladstone Office (home each night) with a 20 % uplift allowance to accommodate the working rostered hours.

This is a 24-month fixed term contract
