Future Students and Outreach Coordinator ( Higher Education Worker Level 7) – Total Remuneration $125,827 to $136,078 pa (including salary of $106,326 to $114,988 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
Future Students and Outreach Manager ( Higher Education Worker Level 8) – Total Remuneration $139,486 to $154,893 pa (including salary of $117,868 to $130,887 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate at CQUniversity is seeking committed professionals to support delivery of our Future Students and Outreach Strategy. You'll help strengthen connections with prospective students, supporting participation in higher education, particularly among low socio-economic, rural and remote, and First Nations cohorts.
You'll play a key part in developing, coordinating and implementing outreach activities with a focus on aspiration-building, engagement and transition initiatives. You will bring experience in stakeholder engagement, program delivery and continuous improvement, contributing to evidence-based planning and the refinement of objectives. Depending on the level of appointment, you may also lead a geographically dispersed team, translate strategic priorities into coordinated initiatives, and support governance and reporting practices.

Position Requirements for Coordinator Role
Degree with at least four years’ subsequent relevant experience in marketing, student engagement, community engagement, education or a related field.
Knowledge of the principles and practices underpinning student engagement, outreach, participation, student recruitment or community engagement programs.
Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy, with strong time management, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in a marketing, education, engagement or related environment, with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously, implement operational plans, and manage operational resources such as budgets and risk.
Experience engaging with school-aged students and diverse or underrepresented communities, including people from low socio-economic backgrounds, First Nations people, and rural and remote areas (Desirable).
Additional Requirements for Manager Role
Meeting all requirements for Coordinator Level and have completed or be progressing towards a relevant postgraduate qualification.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing geographically dispersed teams, including workforce planning, performance management and capability development.
Sound knowledge of operational planning, performance monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies within a complex organisational environment.
