Location: Geraldton
Position: Reception/Room Attendant
Salary: Hospitality Industry General Award (Casual, 2 days per week)

About Us:

We are a vibrant Accommodation provider located in Tarcoola Beach, Geraldton. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming and family-friendly environment for our guests. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated person to work 2 shifts per week (preferably Fridays and Saturdays) on a casual basis to enhance the experience for our visitors. There may be opportunities for more shifts to cover staff on leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests warmly and efficiently
Manage in-person and online bookings
Monitor/reply to guest email enquiries
Process payments
Maintain a neat, tidy and welcoming reception area
Provide guests with information about local attractions and restaurants/shopping options
Provide guests with clean and tidy rooms and amenities

Experience/Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in hospitality, parks or accommodation desirable
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Newbook experience is a positive
Proactive and have an understanding of workplace health and safety
Ability to report to and be guided by Managers/Supervisors
Proactive, fun and want to be a part of the team
Flexibility to work when required
