Role: Oracle CRM Tester

Location: Adelaide

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CRM Tester to join a growing QA and transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle CRM/Fusion applications, functional and integration testing, and validating enterprise business processes across CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements for Oracle CRM applications.
Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
Validate Oracle CRM workflows, interfaces, integrations, and customer data flows.
Conduct backend database testing using SQL queries.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Support UAT testing and production deployment activities.
Prepare test reports, status updates, and QA documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle CRM Testing / Oracle Fusion CX / Oracle Siebel CRM.
Hands-on experience in functional and integration testing.
Good understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle.
Strong SQL/database validation skills.
Experience with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience testing APIs and integrations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
Exposure to automation testing tools.
Knowledge of API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
Prior experience in banking, telecom, government, or enterprise transformation projects.
