Up to $200 Joining Bonus (subject to eligibility)

We're Geelong's eco-friendly cleaning specialists, proudly serving Residential, Commercial, NDIS, and Real Estate clients across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, and the Surf Coast. Two Flexible Work Arrangements Available

Short-Term – Under 6 months:

One-off and specialised services including End of Lease, Real Estate, and deep cleans
Flexible schedule — work when it suits you
Great for those testing the waters or between commitments

Long-Term – 6 months or more:

Regular, recurring clients with a predictable schedule
Stable, ongoing income you can plan around
Pay review opportunities for top-rated contractors
Build lasting relationships with clients in your local area

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Friendly, reliable contractors who take pride in their work
✔ Minimum 3 months cleaning experience (domestic, commercial, office) – if not, training is provided
✔ Valid Australian driver’s license & regular access to a car
✔ Availability at least 3 days a week (Monday – Friday)

What You'll Need:

Minimum 6 month cleaning experience (domestic, commercial, or hotel)
Valid Australian Working Rights (Visa, PR, or Citizenship)
Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
ABN or TFN
Police Check
Your own cleaning kit
Public Liability Insurance (can be arranged after you're accepted)

Up to $200 Joining Bonus

Apply and start before April 1st 2026 to be eligible for a joining bonus of up to $200. Bonus eligibility and payment structure will be discussed during the onboarding process. Subject to eligibility.
